Wanda loves connecting with folks to discover what they need and want in order to give them products and services they love. She’s been researching and designing with humans for humans with Fortune 100 companies around the world for two decades.
Empathy for her man, who loves cats, inspired her to get allergy shots so they could keep their kitty, Gracie, whom they found on a country road in North Carolina. Pssss - she really loves that cat.

Catherine Rosborough, M.Ed., CPS
Cofounder, EQ and Empowerment Development Leader
Catherine loves connecting with and empowering folks to live their fullest lives. She’s been founding non profits and developing community programs around the world for two decades.
Catherine loves SCUBA diving and spends hours every year blowing bubbles underwater with the fish. She loves sharks and rays best and does great impersonations of both!
She’s enriching EQ within our empathy in design course development.
